AI Readiness Assessment for Organizations
To ensure that the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within an organization achieves its intended objectives while mitigating potential negative impacts, it is essential for organizations to understand their current state of readiness and prepare across various dimensions appropriately.
In response to this need, AIGC has developed the AI Readiness Assessment tool. This instrument is designed to help organizations evaluate their preparedness through a comprehensive questionnaire covering 5 key dimensions (consisting of 12 questions). Upon completion, the tool provides strategic recommendations for improvement, enabling organizations to achieve a readiness level that aligns with their specific operational requirements.
